We will purchase virgin land and undertake to obtain planning ourselves. Alternatively, we will purchase schemes which already have the benefit of planning approval.

Many landowners have found it beneficial to come to an agreement with Charles James Homes at an early stage, where we handle and submit all the planning of a proposed scheme, liaise with the various statutory authorities, and see the application through to a successful approval.

This has avoided the landowner in becoming involved with the not inconsiderable costs involved in architects and planning fees, but has helped avoid the stress and strain of guiding a project through its numerous planning stages.
